Founder
With more than 30 years of experience in custom home design and construction, Mark expertly manages project strategy, structural execution and the realization of design intent. His expertise encompasses intricate lakefront properties, regulatory coordination, and meticulous craftsmanship. When he’s not busy enjoying time with his grandkids, he can be found staked out in the river for some quality fly fishing time.

Interior Designer
Madi is Evermere's talented interior designer, expertly combining her architectural background with a keen eye for detail. She meticulously assesses dimensions, aesthetics, and materials to ensure every element harmoniously fits into the overall design vision. Madi's expertise transforms the selection process, creating spaces that truly embody her clients' wishes.
Michaela Broyer
Design Director | Architectural Designer
Michaela serves as Evermere’s Design Director and Architectural Designer, bringing a rich blend of knowledge and creativity to the team. A proud graduate of Andrews University, she holds a Master’s in Architecture and is dedicated to guiding the design process with a focus on aesthetic vision and execution. Outside of work, Michaela enjoys gardening and spending time with her golden retriever and mini dachshund.
Zachariah Dulcich
Architectural Designer
Zach is an accomplished Architectural Designer holding a Bachelor of Science in Architecture, along with a minor in Spanish. His expertise lies in cross-team coordination, design development, and BIM modeling. Passionate about adventure, Zach loves mountain biking and discovering new travel destinations with his wife.
