How We Work
Getting to Know You
Every project begins with listening. We take time to understand how you live, what you value, and what "home" means to you. Through thoughtful conversation and guided discovery, we learn about your lifestyle, aesthetic, site, and long-term vision. From the very beginning, we focus on the story you want your home to tell and how it should feel to live in every day.
1. Design Agreement
Once we have clarity around your goals, we define the scope, services, timeline, and deliverables. This step ensures a shared understanding of how we will work together and allows the process to move forward with confidence, transparency, and care.
2. Schematic Design
This is where your ideas begin to take shape. We develop initial layouts, massing, and spatial relationships that respond to your program, your site, and your personal style. These early concepts establish the overall character of the home while leaving room for exploration, refinement, and thoughtful collaboration.

3. Design Development | Interior Design
Here, the home becomes truly personal. 5. Project Management
